Please make any changes to the attribute information that you wish. Remember that the attributes are the measures or "scales" which you wish to use to measure the success of each group in your measurement project. Consider defining between 3 and 7 attributes (we have found that 5 is a reasonable number) on which each group will be evaluated. Each attribute can be given an evaluation ranging from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest). At present, you can only select the numerical rank on the scale; in a future release, you may be able to assign text descriptions to the numerical ranking). Sample attributes include: "Quality", "Timeliness", "Freedom from errors", "Adherence to Budget", "Cleanliness", "Customer Satisfaction", and many others.
